By using the Launch Lane Dublin service — including submitting a request form, contacting us by email or phone, or acting on any plan we provide — you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Nature of the Service

Launch Lane Dublin provides informational queue-planning and group arrival coordination only. Our service consists of suggestions, guidance, and logistical planning based on publicly available information about store locations, opening times, and local transport options in Dublin 1 and the Docklands.

Our service is not any of the following:

  • An official booking, reservation, or queue position at any store, venue, or collection point
  • A guarantee of entry, collection-window access, stock availability, or reduced waiting time
  • A representation of, or affiliation with, any brand, retailer, shopping centre, venue, or event organiser
  • A ticket, pass, voucher, or credential of any kind
  • A resale, brokerage, or distribution service for any product or access right

Any plan or suggestion we provide reflects our independent assessment at the time of preparation. Circumstances on collection day — including retailer decisions, weather, public transport disruptions, and crowd conditions — may differ from what we anticipated.

Your Responsibilities

When you use our service, you accept the following responsibilities:

  1. You must hold a valid pre-order. Our service is designed for people who have already placed and confirmed a pre-order directly with a retailer. We do not arrange, verify, or guarantee pre-orders on your behalf.
  2. You must verify your own collection details. It is your responsibility to confirm the correct collection date, time window, store address, and any identification or documentation the retailer requires. We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect information you provide to us or that you rely upon from any source.
  3. You must comply with retailer and venue rules. When you arrive at a collection point, you are subject to the retailer's policies, the venue's rules, and the directions of their staff. Our planning suggestions do not override any instruction given by store personnel, security staff, or local authorities.
  4. You must behave responsibly. You agree to conduct yourself lawfully, respectfully, and safely at all times during your collection-day experience. Launch Lane Dublin is not responsible for your behaviour or its consequences.
  5. You must provide accurate contact information. So that we can respond to your request and deliver your plan, you must provide a working email address or phone number. If we cannot reach you, we cannot complete your planning request.
  6. You understand that no place is guaranteed. Submitting a request to Launch Lane Dublin does not reserve, secure, or guarantee anything. Our response is a planning consultation, not a confirmation of any entitlement.

Limitation of Liability

Launch Lane Dublin provides its service in good faith and to the best of its ability, but accepts no liability for any loss, inconvenience, disappointment, or cost you may experience as a result of using or relying on our planning suggestions. This includes, without limitation, situations where a retailer changes its collection process, a store opens later than expected, stock is unavailable, or transport disruptions affect your journey.

No Affiliation

Launch Lane Dublin is fully independent. Any mention of a brand name, retailer name, store name, or product name in our communications is for geographic or logistical reference only and does not imply endorsement, partnership, or authorisation by that entity.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of our service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
